Coffee & Cold Drinks

Espresso-based drinks, iced lattes, and cold drinks made to order at the Airstream window. We use Monin sugar-free caramel syrup so you can enjoy your favourite flavour your way.

Bright, blended smoothies in red, yellow, and green — made fresh at the counter with frozen berries and real fruit. Grab one through the window or stay a while in the sun.

Our little Airstream in Claremorris

We set up our shiny silver Airstream in Claremorris and haven't looked back. Whether you're swinging by before work for an espresso or rolling up on a Saturday morning for an acai bowl and a cookie, we're here from early — Mon to Fri from 7am, weekends from 8am, all the way through to 3pm.

The menu changes with the seasons and our mood. You might find a Raspberry & Pistachio Deep Dish one week and a Funfetti Cookie the next, alongside our regulars: gourmet cookies loaded with Oreos and Biscoff, brookies, smoothies in every colour, and acai bowls built from scratch with real fruit, chia seeds, nut butter and Nutella. There's outdoor seating too, so you can sit, sip, and watch Claremorris go by.

Dogs are always welcome — bring your pup, grab a bev, and stay a while. And if you're a regular, download the Lynked Loyalty app to start collecting points on every order. The more you visit, the more you earn.

I started GreenBean Coffee because Claremorris deserved somewhere to grab a proper coffee and something genuinely good to eat. The Airstream is our home — come find us, bring your dog, and let us make you something worth the trip.

Is GreenBean Coffee dog-friendly?
Absolutely — dogs are welcome at the Airstream. We have outdoor seating so you can tie up your pup (or let them sit with you), grab your drinks and treats, and enjoy the fresh air together. It's one of the things our regulars love most about us.
What is the Lynked Loyalty app and how does it work?
The Lynked Loyalty app is our rewards programme — download it for free, scan it on every visit, and collect points that you can redeem for drinks and treats. The more you come in, the faster your points add up. Search for Lynked Loyalty in your app store to get started.
Do you serve food as well as coffee?
Yes — our menu goes well beyond coffee. We do acai bowls loaded with fresh fruit, granola, chia seeds and nut butter; gourmet cookies with toppings like Oreos, Kinder Bueno and Lotus Biscoff; brookies; smoothies; and seasonal bakes like our Raspberry & Pistachio Deep Dish tart. New items land regularly so follow us on Instagram to catch them first.
Can I order sugar-free options?
Yes — we stock Monin Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup so you can customise your coffee or cold drink without the sugar. Ask at the window and we'll sort you out. Our acai bowls and smoothies are also naturally lower in added sugar.
Is there outdoor seating at the Airstream?
There is outdoor seating right beside the trailer, bordered by wooden planters. It's a great spot on a sunny day — grab a smoothie bowl or a cookie and sit a while. The space is open to the elements so it's best enjoyed in good weather, but the coffee is worth it either way.
Do you cater for events or large orders?
We don't have confirmed catering details published yet — the best way to ask about a large order or event is to reach out to us directly on Instagram. We're responsive there and happy to chat about what we can do.
